David Graham

CEO and Director

Mr. Graham has been active in the mineral exploration industry for over 40 years. Between 1997 and 2004 he was Co-Founder, President and CEO of Normiska Corporation, an industrial minerals and materials company with 4 production facilities in Canada and the United States. Between 2006 and 2010 he was a Director and Vice President of Noront Resources Ltd. During this time the company made major discoveries at Windfall Lake in Urban Twp., Quebec and the Ring of Fire in the James Bay Lowlands of Ontario. From 2010 until 2017 he was Executive Vice President of Bold Ventures Inc. at which time, he was appointed President and CEO. Since 1986 Mr. Graham has been President of R. Bruce Graham and Associates Ltd., a mineral exploration and natural resource consulting firm founded in 1956.

Mr. Graham received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo in 1983. Since that time, his technical and corporate management experience has been wide-ranging in the areas of base and precious metals, uranium, industrial minerals and organic materials. Mr. Graham has worked extensively in Canada as well as in the United States, Scandinavia and Africa. His experience has frequently included working with First Nations people and regulatory agencies on projects that ranged from a grass roots stage to advanced development. Mr. Graham has acted as a Consultant, Director and/or senior officer of a number of private and public natural resource companies.

Robert Suttie

CFO

Robert offers more than twenty-five years of experience, ten of which were in public accounting prior to his tenure with the financial reporting group, Marrelli Support Services Inc., where he currently serves as president. Robert specializes in management advisory services, accounting and the financial disclosure needs of the group’s publicly traded client base. He is regularly involved in initial public offerings, business combinations and asset carve-out and spin-out transactions. Robert also serves as Chief Financial Officer to a number of junior mining companies listed on the TSX, TSX Venture exchanges, CSE, as well as non-listed companies. Robert leverages his skills and experience to become integral to the reporting issuers.

William Johnstone

Corporate Secretary

William R. Johnstone is the Company’s corporate counsel and is the Company’s Corporate Secretary. Mr. Johnstone has been a partner at Gardiner Roberts LLP since February of 2005 practicing in the areas of corporate and securities law. Mr. Johnstone is the Practice Leader of the firm’s Securities Law Group.

Prior to that, Mr. Johnstone was the proprietor of Johnstone & Company, a boutique corporate and securities law firm, for 12 years. Mr. Johnstone has been practicing law for 28 years. Mr. Johnstone is also a director and/or officer of six other TSX Venture Exchange listed companies.

Ian Brodie-Brown

Director & Consultant

Mr. Ian Brodie-Brown is an industry consultant and entrepreneur. Ian is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has many years experience arranging venture capital for emerging companies, he specializes in arranging venture capital for the mining industry.

Ian is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AurCrest Gold Inc., a TSX Venture listed junior resource exploration company. Ian is also a cofounder and President of Cathay Oil & Gas a private company with foreign resource assets and has spent a substantial amount of time in the international community through his work with this company.

Mr. Brodie-Brown has developed a strong understanding of the emerging aboriginal issues surrounding today’s mineral industry in Canada, and has successfully negotiated MOU’s and exploration agreements with First Nation groups.

Steve Brunelle

Director

Steve Brunelle is a graduate in Geology from Queen’s University with over 35 years’ experience in the resource industry. He is the Chairman and a director of Rio Silver Inc. listed on the TSX Ventures Exchange. Mr. Brunelle was a founder and Officer/Director of Corner Bay Silver, that discovered the Alamo Dorado Silver deposit in Mexico and was acquired by Pan American Silver.

He was a founder and Officer/Director of Stingray Copper, which was acquired by Mercator Minerals for the El Pilar Copper deposit in Mexico. He presently sits on the Boards of several resource companies that are active in Canada and Peru.

Jeff Wareham

Director

Mr. Wareham has over 30 years in the financial services industry. He is a former Vice President of two major Canadian brokerage firms. In this role, he was actively involved in the IPO of the 2012 TSX Venture stock of the year, and the IPO of the largest revenue stock on the TSX-V. He was directly involved in raising over 200 million dollars for Canadian companies. He is currently CEO of Catch Capital Partners Inc., a private equity firm. He is a director of Marquest Asset Management, an investment fund company focused on Canadian Resource Investments. He is also a director of Certive Solutions, a publicly listed US Health Care Revenue Cycle company. He has years of media experience, having hosted a weekly radio show for several years, along with conducting many small cap investment online video interviews.

Mr. Wareham graduated from Western University in 1990, with a degree in Economics and English. He has earned several financial industry designations. He has been a professor of Economics and a guest speaker on Economics and Political Science at Canadian post-secondary institutions. He is a past member of Canada’s National Karate Team, and coached Ontario’s first Special Olympics Curling Champions.

Mackenzie Watson

Mackenzie I. Watson has over 45 years of exploration experience and has been involved in the discovery of numerous mineral deposits throughout Canada. He was awarded Canada’s Prospector of the Year Award in 1991 and 2009 and the Québec Prospector of the Year Award in 1992 for his participation in the discovery of numerous mineral deposits. His discoveries include the Icon Sullivan copper mine, the Ellison gold deposit, the Hébercourt copper deposit and the Pusticamica and Verneuil gold deposits in Québec.

Mr. Watson was also involved with the discovery of the Harker Holloway gold mine, Long Lake zinc mine in Ontario and the Clarence Stream gold deposit in New Brunswick. More recently he led the discovery team of the Black Thor chromite deposit in the Ring of Fire area of Northern Ontario.

Jennifer Nemis B.A.

Jennifer received a B.A. from York University in 1996. Ms. Nemis is co-founder of Horizons West and Discover Okanagan Tours, successful tour and hospitality businesses with locations and services in Western Canada.

Ms. Nemis has had significant experience in marketing and social media with an emphasis on guest services, relationship building and brand recognition.

Tracy Armstrong P. Geo. (retired)

Tracy Armstrong acted as a professional geologist with over 30 years experience in mineral exploration and project management including pre-production and production phases of underground and open pit mining. Her experience includes gold, base metals, Ni-Cu-PGE and chromite deposits.

During her career, Ms. Armstrong acted in the capacity of Qualified Person for many junior mining companies. Ms. Armstrong has been on the Board of Directors of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec and the Québec Government – Industry Consulting Committee.

Ms. Armstrong acts as the Qualified Person for Bold’s Quebec properties.

Scott Hogg

Pioneered a number of geophysical developments in digital processing and interpretations as well as new airborne magnetometer and multi-axis transient helicopter EM systems.

Bruce W Mackie M Sc P Geo

More than 35 years of mining industry experience in Canada and internationally.

He has a proven exploration record, having snagged several successful projects in uranium, gold and base metals.

Dr James Mungall P Geo

Holds the Norman Keevil Chair of Ore Genesis at the university of Toronto. Worked for one year as Chief Geologist at Noront Resources Ltd. on their Eagle’s Nest magmatic massive sulfide, Blackbird chromitite and Thunderbird Fe-Ti-V deposits in the Ring of Fire.
