Richard Nemis BA LLB

President & CEO

Mr. Nemis, a Sudbury native, graduated from the University of Ottawa, Osgoode Law School and practiced in the fields of corporate, commercial and securities law.

Mr. Nemis founded Central Crude Ltd., and during his tenure, the Eagle River Gold Mine, in Wawa, Ontario was discovered and developed and is currently in production.

Mr. Nemis also founded Noront Resources in 1983 and, in the Ring of Fire, McFaulds Lake area in north eastern Ontario, the company made major nickel and chromite discoveries. The chromite discovery is potentially considered to be the largest in North America. In addition, Noront funded the exploration and discovery of the BeaverBrook Antimony mine in Gander, Newfoundland, and the Windfall Lake gold deposit in Quebec. In recognition of his contributions to the company’s success, Mr. Nemis was appointed Chairman Emeritus of Noront and, in 2010, Mr. Nemis was a co-recipient of the Bill Dennis Award for a Canadian discovery for prospecting success, by the Prospectors and Developers Association.

Mr. Nemis is also a senior partner in a major structural steel fabricator, Noront Steel Ltd. of Sudbury, Ontario.

Presently, in addition to serving on the Boards of a number of public companies, Mr. Nemis is President and CEO of Bold Ventures, actively conducting base metal exploration programs in Ontario and Quebec.

David Graham

Executive VP & Director

Since 1986, David Graham has been President of R. Bruce Graham and Associates Ltd., a natural resource management and mineral consulting company that has served the natural resource sector since 1956.

Active in the mineral exploration industry since an early age, Mr. Graham received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo in 1983. Since that time, his technical and corporate management experience has been wide ranging in the areas of base and precious metals, uranium, industrial minerals and organic materials.

Mr. Graham has worked extensively in Canada as well as the United States, Scandinavia and Africa. His experience has frequently included working with aboriginal people and regulatory agencies on projects that ranged from a grass roots stage to production.

Mr. Graham has acted as a Director and/or senior officer of a number of private and public companies. Most recently, Mr. Graham acted as a Director and Vice President of Noront Resources Ltd. between October 2006 and January 2010. As a Director of Noront, Mr. Graham was part of the team that reviewed and approved the acquisition of the Double Eagle claims that led to the discovery of a number of mineral deposits in the James Bay Lowlands, dubbed “The Ring of Fire”. As Vice President Special Projects, Mr. Graham provided support to Noront management from the post discovery stage through two additional management changes.

Mr. Graham specializes in bridging the corporate technical gap for natural resource based companies.

Rodger Roden CA

CFO

Mr. Roden is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of industry experience. He has worked as Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer with public and private companies in a broad range of industries. His experience includes all aspects of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, IT implementations, re-structuring, turn-around work, tax, and business systems and processes analyses/implementation.

Currently Mr. Roden provides CFO/consulting services to a number of publicly traded and private companies, primarily in the pre-production mining sector.

William Johnstone

Corporate Secretary

William R. Johnstone is the Company’s corporate counsel and is the Company’s Corporate Secretary. Mr. Johnstone has been a partner at Gardiner Roberts LLP since February of 2005 practicing in the areas of corporate and securities law. Mr. Johnstone is the Practice Leader of the firm’s Securities Law Group.

Prior to that, Mr. Johnstone was the proprietor of Johnstone & Company, a boutique corporate and securities law firm, for 12 years. Mr. Johnstone has been practicing law for 28 years. Mr. Johnstone is also a director and/or officer of six other TSX Venture Exchange listed companies.

Ian Brodie-Brown

Director & Consultant

Mr. Ian Brodie-Brown is an industry consultant and entrepreneur. Ian is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has many years experience arranging venture capital for emerging companies, he specializes in arranging venture capital for the mining industry.

Ian is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AurCrest Gold Inc., a TSX Venture listed junior resource exploration company. Ian is also a cofounder and President of Cathay Oil & Gas a private company with foreign resource assets and has spent a substantial amount of time in the international community through his work with this company.

Mr. Brodie-Brown has developed a strong understanding of the emerging aboriginal issues surrounding today’s mineral industry in Canada, and has successfully negotiated MOU’s and exploration agreements with First Nation groups.

Jim Glover CA

Director

Jim Glover was, until December 2011, an Assurance Partner in a midsized CA firm in Toronto which acts as auditors for Canadian and U.S. public companies. Presently he is a Partner Emeritus in the firm’s resource group. Jim is also a PDAC Director and involved in PDAC committee work. He articled with a national firm.

Jim’s public practice experience was mainly with companies involved in the mining, manufacturing and distribution sectors. He was engaged in the audits of exploration and development companies for over thirty years.

Gary Zak

Director

Mr. Zak has been active for the past 28 years providing Business Development management to public resource companies. He has extensive experience in funding early stage companies, organizing management, corporate and investor relations groups and has successfully completed several mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Zak has occupied senior management and/or Directorship positions in various companies, including: Green Bull Energy Inc., Passport Potash Inc., Forum Uranium Corp., Alto Ventures Ltd., and Beaufield Resources Inc.

Tracy Armstrong

Tracy Armstrong is a professional geologist with 30 years experience in mineral exploration and project management including pre-production and production phases of underground and open pit mining. Her experience includes gold, base metals, Ni-Cu-PGE and chromite deposits.

Ms. Armstrong has been an independent consultant since 2004, and has acted in the capacity of QP for many junior mining companies. Ms. Armstrong has been on the Board of Directors of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec and the Québec Government – Industry Consulting Committee.

Ms. Armstrong acts as the Qualified Person for Bold’s Quebec properties.

Scott Hogg

Pioneered a number of geophysical developments in digital processing and interpretations as well as new airborne magnetometer and multi-axis transient helicopter EM systems.

Bruce W Mackie M Sc P Geo

More than 35 years of mining industry experience in Canada and internationally.

He has a proven exploration record, having snagged several successful projects in uranium, gold and base metals in senior.

Dr James Mungall P Geo

Holds the Norman Keevil Chair of Ore Genesis at the university of Toronto. Worked for one year as Chief Geologist at Noront Resources Ltd. on their Eagle’s Nest magmatic massive sulfide, Blackbird chromitite and Thunderbird Fe-Ti-V deposits in the Ring of Fire.
