Bold Ventures receives conditional approval to proposed business combination with Rencore Resources and completes NI43-101 report for its Ring of Fire claims

Bold Ventures Inc. and Rencore Resources Ltd. are pleased to announce that Bold has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to the proposed business combination of Bold and Rencore on November 9, 2011.

Pursuant to the Merger and subject to required regulatory approvals and the approval of the shareholders of Bold and Rencore, each outstanding common share of Rencore will be exchanged for one common share of Bold.

Bold Ventures Inc. and Rencore Resources Ltd. are pleased to announce that they have entered into a binding letter agreement which sets out the principal terms upon which it is proposed that the two corporations will complete a business combination.
